A brand creation and cross-channel marketing campaign for a premium residential development in the heart of Birmingham. Lockside Wharf is a boutique residential development located next to the iconic canal side of Brindleyplace by the landowners, Consortia Developments. Being their first city centre development, we were brought on board to develop a brand identity and marketing strategy that pays homage to the site's history and supports with off-plan sales packs and materials.
