Brand Identity

Platform Home Ownership set out to make a splash with an independently branded development. Inspired by its canal-side setting, we created a new name, identity, and campaign that rooted the brand in the local community.

The whole customer journey was considered through the use of energetic colours, tactile materials and even explored custom home fragrances, considering every detail in the overall brand experience.

Supporting the brand identity, we also created a custom typeface which could be used across all marketing both on and offline inspired by the flowing movement of water.
